HID - Engineering Manager - Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Summary :

As an Engineering Manager, You will oversee new technology delivery, maintenance, and the future engineering roadmap for multiple sets of features / product areas.

The Scrum Master, Engineering Manager role will partner closely with the Engineering and Product leadership teams for developing cutting edge solutions.

Manage the daily tasks of guiding a Scrum team.

Interact directly with Stakeholders to understand Business and Functional requirements.

Facilitate dissemination of requirements and acceptance criteria to the engineering team.

Hold the appropriate Scrum / Agile meetings (backlog pruning, planning meetings, post-mortems, stand ups, etc.
