The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on HR leader to help scale our HR operations and culture engine. This role blends Operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across Indrajaal. You'll report directly to General Manager - HR and support employees, Talent Partners and vendors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery. This is a builder's role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for instruction, and leads with presence of mind and clarity.

• Oversee core HR services : onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
