Position Overview - As a Strategy & Brand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective brand and communication strategies. Research & Analysis :
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.Commission and oversee external qualitative and quantitative research.Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.Strategic Planning & Development
Develop and present comprehensive strategic plans that align with client objectives and market opportunities.Create detailed creative briefs to guide the internal creative team and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Develop positioning recommendations, define brand elements, and establish the brand tone.Client & Internal Collaboration
Lead brand workshops and training sessions for client teams to co-create effective communication solutions.Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, market, and brand.Conduct brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Campaign Management & Evaluation
Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to refine and enhance strategies.Develop and implement strategies to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.Leadership & Training
Lead and manage the local planning team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Represent the agency at training sessions and industry events, including college outreach programs.Business Development
Assist in pitching for new business opportunities, leveraging strategic insights to win new clients.Trend Analysis & Innovation :Stay current with cultural and social trends, and anticipate future developments to ensure forward-thinking strategies.Utilize big-picture thinking, storytelling, and synthesis to set and achieve strategic goals.Requirement -
5-6 years experience in strategic planning, brand development, and market research.Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful client presentations and internal collaboration.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.Familiarity with statistics, research analysis, and marketing strategy.Forward-thinking mindset with a keen understanding of emerging trends and consumer attitudes.Experience in developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.Experience in conducting brand workshops and training sessions.Strong grasp of South Indian cultural nuances and an understanding of cultural codes to craft more impactful and relevant pitches.Proficiency in using criteria development tools and synthesising research findings into strategic recommendationsSkills : market research,trend analysis,research,brand strategy,strategic planning,brand development,cultural understanding,leadership,creative brief development,brand workshops,brand research,communication skills,data analysis
