Senior Technical Lead

Job Description : Job DescriptionAdministration and Management : Configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of these platforms.Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies.Integration and Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.Support and Training : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of these tools.Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.Governance and Compliance : Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.Implement best practices for data management and application development within the Power Platform.Innovation and Improvement : Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform.Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience : Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role.Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with the Power Platform.Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.Technical Skills : Proficiency in developing and managing applications on the Power Platform.Familiarity with Azure services and integration with the Power Platform.Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar.Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.G., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications and services.Experience in project management or agile methodologies.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
