Job descriptionDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements. Stay updated with emerging UX / UI trends, tools, and best practices. Mentor junior designers / developers and contribute to establishing UX guidelines and design systems. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of proven experience in UX / UI design and front-end development. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. Hands-on experience with ReactJS / Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries. Knowledge of design systems and component-based design architecture. Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.

deep understanding of design principles to deliver scalable, accessible, and aesthetically refined applications.
