Job descriptionLeverage expertise in supply chain business processes to inform technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver data-driven insights. Develop and implement agile productization and DevOps practices. Delivery on agreed KPIs, including business impact. Launch of innovative technology solutions at scale. Business impact and value generated from digital transformation solutions. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline. 3+ years of experience leading delivery teams and customer-facing IT roles. 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data & Analytics solutions. Python, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS services relevant for Analytics, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to drive digital initiatives in the Supply Chain Data & Analytics space. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects and teams, interact with global stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of standard designs.
- Design robust, scalable, sustainable, and user-friendly software solutions for the organization.
- Participate in fit-gap workshops to provide effort estimates and solution proposals.
- Help the team perform data analysis, data cleansing, and build efficient machine learning models.
