We are seeking a highly skilled GSOC Lead Operator to play a critical role in monitoring, managing, and responding to security incidents across a global organization. This position provides real-time oversight of internal and external physical security events, ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and operations. The role requires leadership in coordinating incident response, leveraging advanced monitoring technologies, and maintaining situational awareness across multiple regions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries, support emergency response efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational readiness and security protocols. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong critical thinking, and values teamwork in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities

• Monitor physical security systems and surveillance assets to detect unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or potential security incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness of global events through internal tools, open-source intelligence, and travel safety applications.
• Support access control, visitor management, and business traveler safety processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for security incidents, coordinating with emergency response teams and dispatching resources as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees during incidents, providing updates, guidance, and mass notifications when required.
• Document incidents in real-time and participate in post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions and improve response procedures.
• Contribute to operational excellence by advising on standard operating procedures (SOPs), training team members, and supporting initiatives that enhance GSOC capabilities.

Requirements
