Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist located in Mumbai. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for :

• Creating social media calendars
• Ideating on new and trending creative strategies for increasing engagement on social media platforms
• Maintaining all social media channels for all the clients.
• Responding to any mentions, messages over social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube and Google+ and engage with the social media users
• Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
• Regular monitoring of the competitor’s social media pages and creating analysis reports.
• Producing high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, and web & social media copies
• Serving as an exemplary writer, consistent with our client’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy
• Editing content produced by the team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing
• Building and maintaining editorial calendar and written guidelines
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
• Working closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our client’s core benefits properly and consistently
• Interacting with graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure a consistent message
• Assisting with the general day to day administrative tasks.
• Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
• Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data.
• Attending select events to do a Facebook Live, and Instagram story to give it a Digital boost.
• Collaborating with the digital marketing team to align social strategies with overall marketing goals, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content for better reach and engagement.
