Role Summary

This role requires a blend of technical understanding and creative storytelling to ensure that communications—whether via email, presentations, or internal campaigns—are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Email Communications

• Draft and distribute high-impact emails that celebrate IT project achievements, team successes, and strategic milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to gather accurate and timely updates.
• Ensure messaging is tailored for diverse audiences including executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
