The Manager – Camshaft Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end camshaft machining operations. The scope includes overseeing production lines equipped with automated / manual precision machining centers. The role demands strong expertise in quality, process, automation, people management, and continuous improvement in a high-mix, high-precision environment. Manage performance of key equipment : Cam Milling, Grinding, Hobbing, Superfinishing, Induction Hardening, Washing, Laser Marking, Final Inspection, etc.
