Role Overview
UniSouk is seeking a results-driven SaaS Sales Manager to lead the acquisition, management, and growth of SMB clients leveraging our platform. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling, strategic thinking, and strong product knowledge to consistently meet sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify SMB clients who can benefit from UniSouk's SaaS solutions
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring optimal platform adoption and value realisation
- Provide consultative support, helping clients maximise benefits from UniSouk's offerings
- Relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement
- Monitor client engagement, proactively address concerns, and drive retention strategies
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
- Identify new business opportunities and industry verticals for expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline, interactions, and conversion metrics
- Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and actionable insights for leadership
- Leverage data analytics to improve sales execution and customer acquisition efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 years' experience in SaaS sales, B2B technology sales, or business developmentProven success in acquiring and managing SMB clients or enterprise accountsStrong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficient in CRM tools and experienced with data-driven sales strategiesAbility to understand technical SaaS products and clearly explain solutions to non-technical usersPreferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce, digital payments, logistics, or the ONDC ecosystemExposure to fast-growth or startup sales environmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience selling to the Indian SMB marketKnowledge of SaaS metrics and best practicesCompensation & Benefits
