Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager / Head Cook / Cook located in Chinthamani Madurai. The Unit Manager / Head Cook / Cook will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food quality and safety, developing menus, and maintaining inventory. Daily tasks will also include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and working closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills, including knowledge of various recipes and culinary techniques
• Experience in kitchen management and supervision
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Menu planning and inventory management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
