Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Business Unit Head / Startup) at AugRay located in Chennai, India. The Entrepreneur-In-Residence will be responsible for leading and managing a specific business unit or startup within AugRay. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing business strategies, managing resources and budgets, identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
• Experience in the AI and XR (AR / MR and VR) industry is a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing a plus
