Role Overview

  • We are seeking proactive, self-driven HR Business Partners with 5-10 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in HR policy development, statutory compliance, grievance management, conflict management, onboarding, and people partnering
  • For all positions, proficiency in MS Excel & familiarity with working in G Suite is a mandate
  • Managing sales teams is a key aspect of the Bangalore position. Experience in payroll & benefits administration is an added advantage
  • Driving the overall HR functions by establishing an assertive presence in Sonipat campus locations is required.
  • Each role demands a smart problem solver and quick learner who consistently delivers operational excellence & is self-driven
  • Experience of working in a start-up is a "good to have"

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic People Partner ( includes managing a sales team in Bangalore), supporting performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR policies aligned with statutory and organizational goals.
  • Manage employee grievances with a focus on timely resolution and driving people processes like Goal setting, Performance Management, and Continuous Feedback mechanisms
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and aligning onboarding with organizational culture.
  • Use advanced MS Excel, Tableau, etc. to analyze HR metrics, track key KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of labor regulations in Bangalore / Pune / Sonepat.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, people managers to understand human capital needs and act as an advisor in day-to-day people matters
  • Innovate onboarding experience and ongoing HR operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to achieve operational excellence and enhance employee experience.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualification - Full-time MBA / MSW / Post-Graduation in Psychology from a recognized university
  • 5-10 years of HR experience with expertise in policy making, compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Experience in managing sales teams in the capacity of a Business Partner for the Sonipat location
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, dashboards, and HR analytics.
  • Sound understanding of local labor laws across Bangalore, Pune, and Sonepat.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive learner with the ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
