Overview :

We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially-minded Retail Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for leading brands. You’ll work with major platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo, and other retail media networks, using data and insights to drive measurable growth for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end retail media campaigns- from setup to optimization, across multiple platforms to achieve client KPIs.
• Develop smart, data-led retail media strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong return on investment.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, analytics, sales) and external stakeholders to align campaign objectives.
• Leverage advanced tools (Amazon Ads, Criteo, Pacvue, Helium 10) to optimize campaigns and improve reporting accuracy.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques such as audience segmentation, bid strategy, and creative testing.
• Support and guide junior team members on campaign best practices.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform and industry standards, maintaining accuracy and quality control.
