Sr. Quality Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through advanced testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and / or desktop applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Implement and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Perform regression, smoke, performance, and usability testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices.
