Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable candidate who can join our team as a Quality Analyst (any; Experienced or Fresher). A key requirement for this role is

  • fluency in Bengali
  • , as you will be engaging directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in technology while also leveraging their language skills to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Bengali (mandatory), along with good English / Hindi communication skills to understand requirements and provide updates to clients.
  • QA Engineer : Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality.
  • Fresher : Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results.
  • Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role).
  • Understanding of software testing concepts (manual / automation).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
