About Faym
Faym is India’s fastest-growing content-commerce platform, powering creator-led sales across major e-commerce brands. We’re now setting up our first in-house creative division and looking for a leader who can build it from zero to one.
We need someone who can shape Faym’s brand identity, craft platform-first content strategies, build a strong creative team, and lead all creative efforts across brand, product, and marketing.
Role Overview
As the Head of Brand Strategy (Creatives) , you will lead how Faym shows up across social, product communication, PR moments, and brand storytelling. You will build the entire creative function from scratch, define the brand voice, and drive creative strategies for both Faym’s own brand and Faym’s partner brands / programs.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Building
- Define and own Faym’s brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling frameworks.
- Build platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Lead content direction for brand awareness, product marketing, creator communication, and major campaigns.
Team Building & Leadership
Build the creative team from scratch (designers, editors, writers, community).Set up workflows, creative processes, quality standards, and review systems.Mentor and upskill the team to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround content.Content & Campaign Ownership fo Partner Brands
Lead ideation and execution of campaigns, social content, narratives, and creative assets.Oversee scripts, captions, creative briefs, product videos, and brand messaging.Partner with growth, product, and partnerships teams to align creative with business goals.Product & Marketing Strategy
Create creative strategies for Faym app marketing, product explainers, launch campaigns, retention communication, feature highlights, etc.Support Faym’s brand partners by designing high-level creative + campaign strategies when required.Build a consistent narrative that connects creators, brands, and the Faym ecosystem.Skills & Qualifications
10-15 years i n brand strategy, creative strategy, or social / digital content roles.Strong understanding of storytelling, content formats, brand frameworks, and platform algorithms.Hands-on experience in content ideation, copywriting, scripting, or design / video basics.Experience building or scaling a creative team or agency pod is a major plus.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Trend-aware, strategic, and outcome oriented mindset.
