Take end-to-end responsibility for CRM implementation, administration and managementKeep on experimenting and evaluating AI-applications across all the GTM functionsOptimize the entire revenue lifecycle by building scalable processes for lead management, sales enablement and operational use casesOwn sales and marketing reporting and operational processes (booking reporting and forecasting, campaign tracking, lead management, etc.)Maintain the single source of truth for revenue dataDesign, build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights to guide GTM decision-makingSupport executive teams in spearheading GTM alignmentYour Background :
Bachelors in engineering or business-related field. MBA is nice-to-haveYou have excelled in your RevOps role at a growth company (2-3 years of experience)Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, demanding environmentExpertise in the latest CRMs and GTM technologies, including AI-powered solutions with an ability to evaluate and implement toolsBased in Gurgaon (India)Your Rewards :
