Chatbot Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex and AWS services.
• Build backend services, workflows, and integrations using Node.js, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and RESTful APIs.
• Configure and manage supporting AWS components including DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Amazon Connect.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and secure omnichannel chatbot experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering, QA) to define requirements and deliver seamless chatbot functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices in asynchronous programming.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to explore new technologies.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
