Job description4 - 6 years of overall experience, with 2 - 4 years in chatbot development. Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with AWS Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Amazon Connect. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices concepts. Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Experience in enterprise or large-scale product environments
Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex and AWS services.
- Build backend services, workflows, and integrations using Node.js, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and RESTful APIs.
- Configure and manage supporting AWS components including DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Amazon Connect.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure omnichannel chatbot experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering, QA) to define requirements and deliver seamless chatbot functionality.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices in asynchronous programming.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
