About The Role
We're seeking a creative and data-curious Product Content Specialist intern who's excited about AI-powered content creation and customer analytics. This is a unique 6 months opportunity to learn how B2B SaaS companies support their customers while building practical skills in content creation, analytics, and customer advocacy.
You'll work closely with our customer success team, starting with guided support and progressively taking on more independent responsibilities as you learn about utility operations, our product, and customer needs.
What You'll Do
Content Creation (AI-Powered)
- Create video tutorials, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles using AI tools
- Write blog posts and case studies showcasing customer success stories
- Develop visual content (infographics, screenshots, workflow guides) with AI design tools
- Build onboarding materials and quick-start guides for new customers
- Learn to use AI for video editing, script writing, and content optimization
- Assist in creating webinar presentations and demo materials
Analytics & Customer Insights
Learn and use PostHog to track product adoption and user behaviorCollect and organize customer feedback from multiple channelsAnalyze usage patterns and identify trends in customer engagementCreate reports on feature adoption, customer health metrics, and engagementPresent insights to the team with recommendations for improvementHelp identify at-risk customers based on analytics dataCustomer Interaction
