We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation expertise to join our team in Bengaluru (Hybrid). This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who can lead complex finance process transformations and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

📍 Location : Bengaluru / Gurugram / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

🚀 Requirement : Strong E2E Implementation Experience (Mandatory)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects

Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Configure and customize FI & CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, COPA, and Profitability Analysis

Manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HCM)

Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and deliver functional specifications

Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities

Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and solution optimization

Work with global and cross-regional stakeholders

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of SAP FICO experience

Mandatory end-to-end implementation project experience (at least 3–4 full cycles)

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles & closing activities

Experience in integration points with other modules

Hands-on experience with S / 4HANA is a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid working model

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
