Job Summary :

As a Junior Business Analyst, your role is to work closely with technical and business team of Findoc to understand business requirement and transfer it to functional specification and helping us to create strong business process flows. The ideal candidate should be having core understanding of BNPL (Buy now Pay Later) technology, Lending business, Payment domain and experience in NBFC, Fintech or Banking industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LOS and LMS-related projects.
  • Assist in preparing BRD, FSD, and user stories for development teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and deployment activities.
  • Support in identifying gaps, process improvements, and automation opportunities within lending workflows.
  • Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs, third-party services).
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and change logs .
  • Provide post-implementation support for LOS & LMS applications and resolve user queries / issues.

Requirements

  • Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years as a Business Analyst in NBFC / Banking domain, preferably in the IT department.
  • Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System).
  • Should have experience in BNPL technology.
  • Familiarity with digital lending processes (personal loans, business loans, co-lending, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA , and other BA tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments .

    Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of hands-on experience in sales, collections, or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs, auto finance) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable. Sales-driven mindset and strong target orientation Dealer and customer relationship management Loan lifecycle understanding (from origination to collections) Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
