Job descriptionPartner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business teams to solve complex challenges. Ensure BT solutions align with business goals and support rapid, global growth. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology-driven business transformation. Drive technical excellence, operational rigor, and process efficiency at scale. Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and systems. Build robust data platforms to provide actionable insights and intelligence across the organization. Proven experience in leading technical teams within IT, Business Systems, or Data & Analytics in fast-scaling, global organizations. Strong ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. Deep passion for leveraging AI / ML to transform business operations and decision-making. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience integrating and scaling technology solutions to drive measurable business impact.
