Lead Java / AWS Developer

We are looking for a Lead Java + AWS Developer with deep expertise in Java / J2EE, AWS services (S3, Lambda), and microservices architecture.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for architecting scalable cloud-based solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of cloud-based applications using Java and AWS technologies.
• Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines across projects.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive CI / CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and code quality processes.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical strategies and solutions.
• Mentor and manage development teams, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and AWS services to improve system design and development efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while balancing technical debt and long-term scalability.
