Accounting Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This role is ideal for B.Com students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the accounts department and assist in day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining ledgers .
• Help in preparing invoices, receipts, and vouchers .
• Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking .
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings .
• Verify and organize bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents .
• Help prepare monthly reports , such as profit & loss and balance sheets.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel .
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups.
