Overseas Admission Senior Manager - Direct Counselling

Job descriptionTeam Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 country counselors, ensuring achievement of admission and visa targets. Admissions Oversight : Supervise end-to-end student admission processes for international programs. University Relations : Build and strengthen relationships with global universities and partners. Compliance : Ensure adherence to visa and admission regulations across destinations. Performance Tracking : Monitor team productivity and maintain strong conversion metrics. Market Insights : Stay informed about education trends, visa updates, and country-specific requirements. Student Success : Drive exceptional student experiences through personalized guidance and timely resolution of concerns. 6–10 years of experience in study abroad, international admissions, or student recruitment . Proven team leadership experience in driving visa and admission results. Strong understanding of global education systems and visa processes. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with platforms like Leap Scholar, Geebee, Yocket, Unischolar, Great Learning, or similar is preferred. Working Days : 6 days a week Expected Team Output : 400+ visas per year Location : Pan-India
