We’re Hiring : Analytics Manager – International Business (Mumbai)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Category & Brand Management team as an Analytics Manager – International Business.

Location : Mumbai

Designation : Manager – International Business

In this role, you’ll drive data-backed decision-making and enable operational excellence across International Business and Cross-Border Sourcing. You’ll play a key role in reporting, forecasting, and business planning — helping the team achieve strategic goals through actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

Build and publish dashboards across key operational metrics.

Partner with Finance to report and analyze brand-level performance.

Track targets vs. actuals, identify trends, and highlight improvement areas.

Support forecasting, planning, and stock optimization (OTB).

Lead analytical projects to enhance efficiency and sell-through.

Maintain business and financial performance dashboards.

Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in analytics, business planning, or category management.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI / Tableau (or similar tools).

Strong understanding of retail / merchandising metrics (GM, CM1, CM2).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced setup.
