The Test Manager for the International Wealth Management (IWM) Programme will lead End-to-End Test Management across complex financial projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a robust test strategy, building and maintaining detailed test plans, and overseeing all phases of testing across Technology and Business teams. The role demands proactive risk and issue management, hands-on collaboration with development and business teams, and clear, adaptive communication with stakeholders at all levels. Essential skills include extensive test management experience in financial institutions, strong knowledge of best practices and test tools, and a deep understanding of wealth management. The candidate must demonstrate precision, adaptability, and experience in fast-paced environments. Desirable qualifications include prior exposure to Wealth Management, Avaloq platform, online trading platforms, and Investment Banking products and services
