Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilisation of employees across multiple projects.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organisational policies.
Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as HR Manager / Lead in an IT services firm.
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resourcing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
