Salesforce CPQ Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience with Salesforce SteelBrick CPQ , a deep understanding of advanced CPQ tools and configurations, and a strong background in Salesforce core development . This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions to streamline processes and enhance business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce CPQ Expertise : Hands-on configuration and optimization of Salesforce SteelBrick CPQ , including : Product Rules, Price Rules, Pricing Waterfall , and Custom Actions .Advanced CPQ processes such as Approvals, Renewals, and Amendments .Design and manage Quote Document Templates tailored to business needs.Develop and optimize custom scripts using QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) for advanced CPQ functionality.Salesforce Development : Build scalable and efficient solutions using Apex Classes , Triggers , and Batch Apex .Design and implement robust user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .Leverage Visualforce and declarative tools for customizations where required.Data and Metadata Management : Understand, configure, and deploy CPQ data and metadata effectively across environments.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within Salesforce.Sales Cloud and Integration : Configure and enhance Sales Cloud features , including Opportunity Management, Lead Conversion, and Reporting.Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems using APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft.Collaborate with the team to build and maintain custom integrations between CPQ and ERP / CRM systems.Optimization and Maintenance : Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues to ensure seamless operations.Continuously optimize existing CPQ configurations for improved performance and user experience.Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.Provide mentorship to junior developers and establish CPQ best practices within the team.Qualifications and Experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce SteelBrick CPQ.Proven expertise in CPQ functionalities : Product Rules, Price Rules, Pricing Waterfall, Custom Actions , and other CPQ tools.Advanced CPQ processes, including Approvals, Renewals, and Amendments .Proficiency in creating and managing Quote Document Templates .Expertise in custom scripting with QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) .Strong Salesforce core development skills : Apex Classes , Triggers , and Batch processes.Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce development.In-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ data and metadata deployment .Experience with Sales Cloud features and their integration with CPQ.Familiarity with integration tools and API management .Preferred SkillsSalesforce certifications : CPQ Specialist , Salesforce Platform Developer I / II , or Salesforce Administrator .Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines for deployment and version control.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex configurations.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on innovative Salesforce solutions in a collaborative and challenging environment.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities.Be part of a team that values creativity, growth, and cutting-edge technology.
