Job description

Key Deliverables

  • Lead design and development of performance test plans for complex systems and applications
  • Develop advanced performance scripts and mock services using Python and Go for service / infrastructure testing
  • Analyze system resource usage under test conditions, document findings, and report to stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues like memory leaks and bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability

Role Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain reliability metrics, alerting, and monitoring systems for infrastructure components
  • Generate detailed performance reports and session documentation for validation and analysis
  • Mentor junior SDET team members to enhance their performance engineering skills
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced fintech / startup environment, continuously innovating and applying new technologies
