Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SDET to spearhead our automation initiatives, enhance testing frameworks, and lead technical growth within the Quality Engineering (QE) team. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge test automation frameworks while mentoring team members and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth CI / CD integration.   Recent hands-on experience (1+ year) with Cypress is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Automation Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks.
• Technical Mentorship : Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior Quality Engineers (QEs).
• Tool & Tech Evaluation : Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Best Practices : Establish and enforce best practices for test automation development and maintenance.
• CI / CD Integration : Collaborate with development teams to seamlessly integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
