NITS Solutions - Program Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist onshore team in the design and development of program strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Uncover client's key marketing questions, design and recommend analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of these recommendations.
• Send monthly feature release e-blasts, creating portal support material (video tutorials, FAQ, portal guide), and managing email inquiries.
• Manage OEM Market plans (i.e., Direct Mail, Surveys, and E-blasts etc.)
• Create detailed work plans and timelines to ensure program milestones are achieved.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and improvements.
• Coordinate daily operations of the program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Manage and track program progress, making adjustments to keep the program on schedule.
• Oversee and manage program resources, cross functional teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of onshore & offshore team
• Track program performance using key metrics and evaluation tools.
• Prepare and submit reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on program activities and results to key stakeholders.
• Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare regular reports for senior executives, management and other stakeholders regarding the program's progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate tactical and strategic review meetings with various stakeholders.
• Providing guidance on subject-mazer projects to employees and management teams.
• Identify program risks, track and resolve issues
