Ensure visitor entries in the logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Support HR and admin teams with basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Ensure staff attendance registers or biometric entries are updated if applicable.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth daily operations.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
Handle basic billing tasks such as courier bills, utilities, etc.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
