Ventilator & Respiratory Product Specialist

Location : Delhi (Base Location) with PAN India Travel

Department : Technical Trainings

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert pre- and post-sales application support for ventilators and respiratory care devices.

Conduct clinical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and technical explanations to medical professionals.

Deliver structured product training to hospital staff, technicians, and channel partners.

Collaborate with sales and product teams for smooth onboarding and clinical integration of equipment.

Act as the point of contact for technical queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with service engineers.

Document feedback and suggest improvements to R&D and sales teams based on market and clinical insights.

Requirements Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Medical Electronics.

Experience- 2–5 years in clinical applications or product specialist roles in ventilators, anaesthesia, or respiratory care systems. Skills

Strong hands-on exposure to ventilators, anaesthesia workstations, and respiratory care equipment.

Experience delivering CME sessions and product workshops.

Ability to lead customer onboarding and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Proven troubleshooting, technical integration, and documentation capabilities.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on clinical demonstration experience with ventilators and anaesthesia devices.

Experience supporting ICU staff and doctors during CME and product sessions.

Familiarity with biomedical device installation, preventive maintenance, and training.

Proactive attitude with strong customer handling and leadership abilities.
