Ventilator & Respiratory Product Specialist

Location : Delhi (Base Location) with PAN India Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert pre- and post-sales application support for ventilators and respiratory care devices.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and technical explanations to medical professionals.
• Deliver structured product training to hospital staff, technicians, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for smooth onboarding and clinical integration of equipment.
• Act as the point of contact for technical queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with service engineers.
• Document feedback and suggest improvements to R&D and sales teams based on market and clinical insights.
• Requirements Educational Qualification
• Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Medical Electronics.
• Experience- 2–5 years in clinical applications or product specialist roles in ventilators, anaesthesia, or respiratory care systems. Skills
• Strong hands-on exposure to ventilators, anaesthesia workstations, and respiratory care equipment.
• Experience delivering CME sessions and product workshops.
• Ability to lead customer onboarding and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven troubleshooting, technical integration, and documentation capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• Hands-on clinical demonstration experience with ventilators and anaesthesia devices.
• Experience supporting ICU staff and doctors during CME and product sessions.
• Familiarity with biomedical device installation, preventive maintenance, and training.
• Proactive attitude with strong customer handling and leadership abilities.
