About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in taking Konfirmity from point A to point B. This isn't just another marketing role—you'll be the architect of our growth engine, blending digital excellence with real-world community building to drive meaningful business impact.

You'll own the full spectrum of growth initiatives, from crafting SEO-optimized content strategies to hosting intimate dinners with CISOs and compliance leaders. If you thrive on experimentation, data-driven decisions, and building something from the ground up in a high-stakes market, this role is for you.

What You'll Own Content & Digital Presence

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives organic growth and positions Konfirmity as the go-to solution in security-driven compliance

Lead SEO initiatives including AI-powered SEO tactics to capture high-intent traffic from CISOs, compliance officers, and technical decision-makers

Create compelling content across formats (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts) that speaks directly to the pain points of enterprise sellers, fintechs, and healthtech companies

Build and optimize our content distribution engine for maximum reach and conversion in B2 B and regulated industries

Social Media & Community

Own and grow our presence on Linked In and Twitter, turning followers into engaged community members in the security, compliance, and regulated industries

Develop platform-specific strategies that balance thought leadership (security trends, compliance updates), product education, technical insights, and brand personality

Engage authentically with CISOs, compliance officers, founders, and technical decision-makers—fostering conversations and building relationships

Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and security news to identify opportunities for Konfirmity to join relevant conversations and demonstrate expertise

Partnerships & Affiliate Programs

Build and manage a strategic partnership ecosystem with security consultants, compliance advisors, auditors, and complementary Saa S platforms

Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners and referral sources who serve our target markets (enterprise vendors, fintechs, healthtech)

Create compelling partnership packages, commission structures, and enablement materials that make it easy for partners to recommend Konfirmity

Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners that expand reach and credibility in the compliance and security communities

Track and optimize partner performance, ensuring strong ROI on partnership investments

Cultivate long-term relationships that create sustainable, scalable revenue channels

Growth Experimentation & Events

Design and execute offline growth initiatives including lunch and learns with CISOs, closed dinners with compliance leaders, industry meetups at security conferences, and executive roundtables

Identify and test new growth channels—from guerrilla marketing tactics to emerging platforms where technical buyers spend time

Build strategic relationships with industry influencers, security practitioners, and potential advocates

Create memorable experiences that convert prospects into customers and customers into champions

Represent Konfirmity at key industry events (RSA, Black Hat, fintech / healthtech conferences)

Strategy & Analytics

Define growth KPIs and build dashboards to track what's working (and what's not)

Run growth experiments with clear hypotheses, measure results, and iterate quickly

Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

Report on performance and insights to leadership, making data-backed recommendations

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a B2 B Saa S, enterprise software, or digital-native company

Proven track record of driving measurable growth through multiple channels in technical or regulated industries

Deep understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies for B2 B audiences

Experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization

Strong writer and storyteller who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social analytics, etc.)

Comfortable operating independently and making decisions with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment

Experience planning and executing successful events and community initiatives for technical or executive audiences

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills for partnership development

Bonus Points

Experience in compliance, security, fintech, healthtech, or enterprise Saa S

Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or financial regulatory frameworks

Track record of building successful affiliate or referral programs

Existing network of potential partners or affiliates in the security / compliance space

Familiarity with partnership management tools and affiliate platforms

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Active personal brand or presence in security, compliance, or fintech communities

Experience with video content creation and multimedia storytelling

Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment

Comfort speaking the language of CISOs, compliance officers, and technical buyers

What Success Looks Like

In 30 days : You've audited our current marketing efforts, identified quick wins, mapped out our ideal customer profiles (enterprise sellers, fintechs, healthtech), and begun implementing improvements to our content and social strategy. You understand our product deeply and can articulate our value proposition to technical buyers.

In 90 days : You've launched at least 3-5 growth experiments across different channels, hosted your first event or executive dinner, signed your first 3-5 partnerships or affiliates, established clear metrics and reporting cadences, and are driving measurable increases in qualified traffic and pipeline.

In 6 months : You've built a predictable growth engine with multiple channels (SEO, social, partnerships, events) contributing to pipeline, established Konfirmity as a recognized voice in the security and compliance community, grown our Linked In following by 50-100%, and have clear insights into CAC and channel ROI.

In 1 year : You've significantly moved the needle on key business metrics (3-5x growth in organic traffic, 10+ active partnerships generating revenue, consistent pipeline from owned channels), built a thriving community of practitioners and advocates, created repeatable playbooks and systems, and potentially built a small team beneath you as we scale.
