Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

Identifying and acquiring new clients
Providing expert advice on equity / mutual fund investments and insurance products
Assisting clients in creating and managing their investment portfolios
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Staying updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborating with the team to achieve business goals and contributing to overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Proven experience in mutual fund distribution or financial advisory

Minimum 2-3 year domain experience required

Strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and make informed recommendations
