We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Lead with 0 - 2 years of B2B sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Sales Lead to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, proposal negotiation closure.
- Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode's IT services and SaaS products.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Guide junior BDEs (if any) and share sales best practices.
- Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).0 - 2 years of proven experience in B2B Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM / ERP, Payroll / HRM solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and business owners.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc. ) is a plus.This job was posted by Kamal Sharma from PerfectKode Software Technologies.
