Job description

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Lead with 0 - 2 years of B2B sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Sales Lead to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, proposal negotiation closure.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode's IT services and SaaS products.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Guide junior BDEs (if any) and share sales best practices.
  • Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0 - 2 years of proven experience in B2B Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).
  • Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM / ERP, Payroll / HRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc. ) is a plus.
