Job Title : Engineering Leaders (Women across Level)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Engineering Leaders to lead engineering operations and manage the strategic and day-to-day functioning of our Gurugram , development center. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in the financial domain with strong organizational and people leadership. This role will focus on delivering robust banking solutions while also building a world-class development center culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with banking product goals.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable financial applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Compliance) to deliver features that meet regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent across disciplines.
• Build an inclusive and high-performance engineering culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, skills assessments, and career planning.
