What You’ll Do :
- Manage calls & emails with travel agents, suppliers & internal teams
- Handle booking queries, amendments & escalations
- Negotiate best terms with suppliers
- Resolve operational issues & ensure booking conversions
- Maintain high service & follow-up standards
What You Bring :
💼 Travel industry ops / customer care experience
🗣 English & Hindi fluency
⏱ Flexible for rotational shifts
🔍 Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
