Job descriptionPossess in-depth knowledge and experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns across different platforms for maximum impact. Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows. Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and reporting software. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts. Lead and mentor digital marketing teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, IT) to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Manage and mentor junior team members in digital marketing best practices and technologies. Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools, CRM systems). Strong understanding of web analytics and data interpretation. Experience with A / B testing and conversion optimization. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies. Develop and manage content calendars. Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests. Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows for improved efficiency.
