Senior Software Engineering Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of reporting, data access, and analytics solutions that meet business, product, and customer needs.
• Ensure operational excellence by overseeing production support, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of reporting systems’ performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Lead end to end BI solution delivery - from requirements refinement to data modeling, ELT / ETL, and high-performance dashboards.
• Architect scalable, secure, and reusable BI assets, enforcing standards for modeling, QA, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in visualizations
• Drive Agile delivery - manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, conduct story pointing, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all visualization processes and develop training content for end users.
