We are looking for a   Video Conferencing Implementation Engineer   to lead the deployment, integration, and support of video conferencing systems across our organization or client sites. This role involves configuring hardware and software solutions, integrating with existing IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience of video communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement video conferencing solutions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, or similar.

Deploy and configure video conferencing hardware (e.g., Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Crestron) in meeting rooms and conference spaces.

Integrate video systems with collaboration tools, calendaring systems (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), and directory services.

Provide technical guidance during the planning and execution of new installations or upgrades.

Ensure video conferencing environments meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Monitor system performance, conduct diagnostics, and resolve technical issues.

Train users and provide documentation for system use and best practices.

Collaborate with network, AV, and IT teams to troubleshoot latency, connectivity, or compatibility issues.

Conduct system evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance video quality and reliability.
