Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Lead Analyst to join our team and help transform data into strategic insights. You’ll work closely with product and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and guide decision-making across key initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand various products, consumer touchpoints, data streams, and reports to draw actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate business initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions
• Identify market gaps and opportunities by analysing consumer behaviour, competitive benchmarks, and performance trends
• Measure and analyse campaign performance across channels, providing insights into ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement metrics
• Perform root cause analysis to uncover underlying business issues and recommend corrective actions
• Drive pricing analytics and discount analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize revenue strategies
• Design and deliver impactful visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights and trends clearly
• Interpret data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)
• Present findings and recommendations through structured documentation and stakeholder presentations
• Provide mentoring and training to team members on business analysis best practices and tools
