Marketing Program Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, design, and event promotion. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, passionate about marketing, and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns and initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Collaboration : Assist in developing marketing materials such as social media posts, email newsletters, promotional graphics, and videos
• Digital Advertising : Plan, create, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive engagement and event registrations.
• Content Creation : Help develop and curate content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the brand voice, theme and event goals.
• Social Media Management : Support the marketing team in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
• Email Campaigns : Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote the event
• On-site Support : Provide on-site marketing support during the event, including capturing content for social media and assisting with attendee engagement activities.
• Post-Event Activities : Assist in creating a detailed post-event report summarising key insights, digital marketing performance, including highlights, testimonials.
