Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Lead to oversee our home services operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing turnover services, handyman and pet care (dog walking), food / grocery requests, and Latchel subscription services. This role requires prior global operations experience (US / UK / European markets) , strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the night operations team , including supervisors and on-ground service coordinators.
- Oversee the end-to-end handling of home service requests during night hours, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage and monitor multiple service categories :
- Turnover Services
- Handyman & Dog Walking Services
- Food & Grocery Delivery
- Latchel Subscription Services
- Own the quality control process , ensuring all services adhere to Amenify's quality and safety standards.
- Handle escalations and emergencies with urgency and professionalism, ensuring seamless handover to the day team when needed.
- Track and analyze night shift service metrics , identifying operational gaps and driving process improvements.
- Maintain shift-wise reporting, documentation, and data accuracy across service logs, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Train, coach, and upskill night team members to enhance efficiency, communication, and service knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and health & safety guidelines across all service categories.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field.6+ years of operations experience , including 3+ years in a managerial / supervisory role .Proven track record of managing global operations (US / UK / European markets preferred) .Strong leadership and people management skills , with the ability to drive team performance.Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills .Proficiency in operations management tools, reporting dashboards, and communication platforms (Slack, Excel, etc.).Willingness to work full-time night shifts and independently manage critical operations.Skills Required
