Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new leads specifically for SAP implementation and migration projects through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing, focusing on organizations planning SAP upgrades, migrations (e. g., ECC to S / 4HANA), or new implementations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients seeking SAP transformation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-value opportunities for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SAP sales team, setting clear targets for lead generation and conversion, especially for implementation and migration projects.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, positioning Oasys Tech Solution as the partner of choice for SAP implementation and migration projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their SAP transformation needs are understood and addressed.
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and sales performance related to implementation and migration projects.
- Use sales analytics to forecast trends, adjust strategies, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Work closely with SAP delivery and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements for implementation and migration.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation materials and campaigns tailored to SAP project services.
- Lead negotiations for SAP implementation and migration engagements, ensuring favorable terms and successful project kick-offs.
- Stay informed about SAP product developments, migration tools, and competitor activities in the implementation space.
- Leverage market insights to refine lead generation strategies and position Oasys Tech Solution as a leader in SAP transformation services.
- Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback from implementation and migration projects informs future offerings.
